At Stretch-U at Underdale High School, we believe every student deserves to be challenged, inspired, and supported to reach their full potential. Stretch-U is our specialist extension program designed for motivated learners who are ready to deepen their thinking, strengthen their skills, and explore learning beyond the standard curriculum.

Stretch-U provides students with enriched learning experiences that promote curiosity, creativity, and high-level problem-solving. Through targeted extension opportunities, students engage in challenging academic work, collaborative projects, and real-world learning that develops confidence, independence, and a strong sense of achievement.

The program supports students to:

• Engage in deeper, more complex learning across subject areas
• Develop advanced critical and creative thinking skills
• Build strong study habits and academic confidence
• Work with like-minded peers in a supportive learning environment
• Prepare for future academic success and leadership opportunities

Students in their final year of Primary Schooling can apply for Stretch-U through the ACER website using this link. We welcome applications from students who demonstrate strong commitment to learning, curiosity, and a willingness to challenge themselves. All other primary school students can use Expression of Interest form below.
