International students enrolled at Underdale High School are supported by the Deputy Principal, an International Student Program Coordinator, Student Counsellors and 5 EALD teachers, as well as Bilingual Support Assistants, an International School Services Officer and highly experienced, supportive teachers.

The International Support Team provides:
- Induction and orientation activities for international students
- Career and subject counselling
- Personal counselling and mentoring
- Excursion opportunities to local tourist attractions
- Monitoring of student attendance, academic performance and general well-being
- Regular contact and communication with home-stay families, agents and International Education Services.
